Polytol Polycolor Chlorinated Floor Dressing Paint

Polytol Polycolor Chlorinated Floor Dressing Paint is based on a copolymer of vinyl chloride, specially formulated as a protective and decorative coating for concrete floors. It provides excellent weathering resistance and is available in white and a wide range of colours via the Polytol POLYMATCH system. Suitable for both interior and exterior use on medium-traffic concrete floors.

Usage

For interior and exterior use on concrete and floors for medium traffic purposes.

Surface Preparation

Wash the surface thoroughly with water under high pressure.
Allow to dry for a minimum of 24 hours.
Apply one coat of Chlorinated Sealer and leave to dry overnight.
Apply two coats of Chlorinated Floor Dressing Paint.

Note: Peeling may occur if the substrate contains moisture, due to high vapour pressure build-up. The use of Chlorinated Sealer prior to application is strongly recommended to reduce this risk.

Application

Apply 2 coats by roller or brush onto a clean, dry, and grease-free surface. Low pressure or airless spray equipment can also be used. Dilute with Slow Aromatic Solvent as required.

Storage

Keep in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place. Sealed product can be stored for over 2 years.

Safety

Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Avoid eating, drinking, and smoking while painting.
In case of contact with eyes, wash with ample water and seek medical advice.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use empty containers to store food.
Do not throw away in waterways.
