Polycolor Pure White

Polycolor Pure White is a high quality copolymer acrylic matt paint, odourless, with good opacity and coverage. Conforms to Quality Standard MS3 of the Mauritius Standard Bureau.

Recommended for interior and exterior use in dry regions. For interior use only in humid regions.

Application: Apply two coats by roller or brush onto clean, dry and sealed surfaces.

Mixing Ratio (dilute with water):
– Roller: 6:1 (Pure White : Water)
– Brush: 4:1 (Pure White : Water)
– Spray Gun: 3:1 (Pure White : Water)

Technical Data (at 25°C):
– Specific Gravity: ~1.50
– Opacity (120µm wet): 98%
– Volume Solids: ~40%
– Viscosity: ~18000 cP
– VOC: <1 g/L - Finish: Matt - Coverage: ~12m² / coat Drying Time: - Touch dry: approximately 1h - Can be overcoated after approximately 4h Surface Preparation: For concrete and plaster, wash surface with water under high pressure, let dry, then apply one thin coat of Wall Primer (<50µm). If the old coating and/or its substrate have blisters or other defects, total removal of the old coating is advisable. Remove by mechanical means or by stripping with Paint Remover. On powder old coatings, apply 1 coat Wall Primer. If substrate shows presence of fungi or algae: Apply Fungicidal Wash by roller and leave to react for 12h minimum. Rinse with high-pressure water. Brush if necessary. Once dried, apply a coat of Fungicidal Treatment on the surface to be coated the same day. Apply a thin coat of Wall Primer where necessary and leave to dry for 3h minimum. Apply 2 coats of Pure White paint, leaving each coat to dry 3h minimum. Storage: Keep container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Container must be tightly closed after use. Sealed product can be stored for over 1 year. Safety: Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking while painting. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. In case of contact with eyes, wash with ample water and seek medical advice if necessary. Keep out of reach of children.
