Drymix — Tyrotop 01 — Tyrolean Finish Mortar

Drymix Tyrotop 01 is a pre-packed cement mortar exclusively designed for Tyrolean machine application, producing the distinctive spatter-textured finish widely used on exterior facades in Mauritius. It is a finish coat only and must be applied over a rendered base coat. Cannot be used as a structural mortar. ISO 9001 certified.

– Tyrolean machine-applied textured finish on interior and exterior walls
– Over Crepifix or Plastertop 800 base coat on block surfaces
– Over Primefix Plus or Grippon primer on concrete surfaces

Application Protocol:
Base coat — block surfaces must first be rendered with Crepifix or Plastertop 800, worked flat with float and trowel. For concrete: apply Primefix Plus or Grippon primer first. Remove all dust before applying Tyrotop 01.
Mixing — mix mechanically with 7.0–7.5 L water to a fluid, flowing consistency. Rest 3 minutes. Never mix on the floor.
Application — apply with Tyrolean machine. Practice on a board first to find the correct angle and distance. Hold machine 50–60 cm from surface. Apply one bonding pass first, then two horizontal band passes. Cure daily for 3 days.

Precautions:
– Do not apply below 5°C or above 35°C
– Avoid rain or dripping surfaces
– Protect from wind and direct sunlight
– Wear gloves and goggles during handling
