Drymix Pozbloc is a pre-packed cement mortar for laying and jointing all types of concrete blocks available on the Mauritian market, including U Blocks, Ecobloc and corner blocks. 25 kg + 3.5 L water = 13 L of fresh mortar. Compliant with BS EN 998-2, ISO 9001 certified.

Block coverage per 25 kg bag (based on thin layer mortar with 10 mm joints — bead system):
– 8 inch blocks: 9–10 blocks per bag
– 6 inch blocks: 13–14 blocks per bag
– 4 inch blocks: 25 blocks per bag

Application:
Clean and moisten block surfaces before laying. Mix manually or with concrete mixer — add Pozbloc to 3.5–3.8 L clean water. Never mix on the floor. Apply with trowel or jointing bag to block ends only. Leave 8–10 mm gap between blocks for vertical joints. Never move a block once the mortar starts to harden. Always add product to water, not the reverse.

Precautions:
– Do not apply below 5°C or above 35°C
– Avoid rain
– Wear gloves and goggles during handling
– Once mortar has started to harden, any partially or fully hardened mix must be discarded
