Drymix Plastertop Fin is a pre-packed ultra-fine cement skim coat for the smoothest possible finish on rendered or concrete surfaces. With a maximum aggregate size of only 0.075 mm — the finest in the Drymix range — it is a pure finishing product applied at 1–3 mm only. ISO 9001 certified.

Important — never wet the surface before application:
Unlike all other Drymix mortars, Plastertop Fin must be applied on a DRY surface only. Wetting the surface before application will compromise adhesion.

Applications:
– Interior: concrete ceilings, beams, columns, and surfaces already rendered with a base coat
– Exterior: cornices, columns and beams only — not recommended for general exterior walls

Application Protocol:
Surface preparation — on block: apply Crepifix base coat first, work flat, glaze once for planeness. Remove all dust. DO NOT WET. On concrete: remove dust only. DO NOT WET.
Mixing — add bag to 4.5–5.5 L water, mix smooth with hand mixer, rest 2–3 min. Start early morning.
Application — apply 1–2 mm first coat, let harden slightly, apply second coat ~2 mm, level with filling knife. Finish options: sponge (circular motion, rinse every 1–1.5 m²), glaze (double trowel pass), or brush finish (vertical strokes). Cure 3 days minimum, no vibration work during this period.

Precautions:
– Do not apply below 5°C or above 35°C
– Avoid rain
– Protect from wind and direct sunlight
– Wear gloves and goggles during handling
