Drymix — Joint Gris — Grey Tile Grout

Drymix Joint Gris is a high-performance cement-based grey grout for wall and floor tile joints from 2 to 6 mm. Grade CG2WA — resistant to water infiltration, abrasion and freeze/thaw cycles. Compliant with BS EN 13888, ISO 9001 certified.

– Joint 2 mm: 200×200=0.34 | 300×300=0.23 | 450×450=0.15 | 600×600=0.11 | 600×1000=0.09

Technical Performance (BS EN 13888:2009):
– Flexural strength: ≥ 2.5 N/mm²
– Compressive strength: ≥ 15 N/mm² (also maintained after freeze/thaw cycles)
– Water absorption (30 min): ≤ 5 g
– Water absorption (240 min): ≤ 10 g
– Shrinkage: ≤ 3 mm/m
– Abrasion resistance: ≤ 2000 mm³

Application:
Ensure tile adhesive has cured at least 24 hours. Tiles must be clean, dry and dust-free. Add 20 kg to 6.6 L water, mix mechanically to creamy lump-free consistency, rest 2–3 min. Apply with rubber squeegee filling joints fully. Wipe excess with rubber float. After ~15 min, clean tile faces with damp sponge, rinsing sponge frequently. After 24 hours polish with dry cloth using gentle movements to avoid scratching tiles. Wait 24 hours before wet mopping.

Important Notes:
– Always add Joint Gris to water, not the reverse
– Never mix on the floor
– Never re-add water to a rested mix as this affects product strength
– Hot weather shortens working time
– Cold weather affects setting time

Precautions:
– Do not apply below 5°C or above 35°C
– Protect from wind and direct sunlight
– Wear gloves and goggles during handling
