Drymix — Durcisol — Non-Metallic Floor Hardener

Drymix Durcisol is a pre-packed non-metallic floor hardener dry-sprinkled onto fresh concrete slabs to dramatically increase abrasion and impact resistance. Unlike metallic hardeners, it will not rust or stain. Forms a monolithic bond with the concrete base. Validated by the CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment, France), tested per EN 13892, ISO 9001 certified.

Applications:
– Car parks and parking areas
– Industrial stores and factories
– Warehouses and logistics centres
Note: Not suitable for areas exposed to acids or chemicals that attack ordinary Portland cement.

Consumption rates:
– Medium traffic: 5 kg/m²
– Heavy traffic: 7 kg/m²

Return to service times:
– Foot traffic: 24–48 hours
– Light machinery: 7–9 days
– Normal traffic: 14–16 days

Technical Performance (EN 13892 / EN 12808 — CSTB validated):
– Flexural strength: 10 N/mm² (minimum requirement ≥ 3.5)
– Compressive strength: 50 N/mm² (minimum requirement ≥ 15)
– Abrasion resistance: 157 mm³ (minimum requirement ≤ 1000)
– Pack: 25 kg bag | Shelf life: 5–6 months sealed

Application:
Concrete base must have cement dosage > 300 kg/m² and thickness > 80 mm. Sprinkle Durcisol on fresh concrete when a light press leaves a 3–5 mm imprint. After trowelling, apply a curing compound to prevent desiccation and cracking. Cut joints after a minimum of 24 hours.

Precautions:
– Wear gloves and goggles during handling
– Avoid contact with eyes and skin
– In case of contact, rinse abundantly with clean running water
