Drymix — Plastertop Epais — Thick-Coat Concrete Mortar

Drymix Plastertop Epais is a ready-mix fibre-reinforced thick-coat mortar for direct application on concrete surfaces without a bonding agent. Ideal for ceilings, columns, cornices and shuttered concrete walls. Contains synthetic fibres to reduce cracking. Can be applied up to 12 mm in a single coat. Compliant with EN 998-1, ISO 9001 certified.

Key advantage:
Unlike Plastertop 800, Plastertop Epais is formulated for concrete surfaces only and can be applied directly without Primefix Plus bonding primer.

Application:
Day before — inspect surface, remove all contaminants by dry brushing, check for planeness.
Day of application — moisten surface with masonry brush. Add bag to 3.8–4.0 L water, mix smooth, rest 2–3 min, apply 6–7 mm coat, level, float and sponge. If exceeding 12 mm, apply brushed undercoat the day before final coat. Cure daily for 3 days.

Precautions:
– Do not apply below 5°C or above 35°C
– Avoid rain or dripping surfaces
– Protect from wind and direct sunlight
– Wear gloves and goggles during handling
