Drymix — Plastertop 800 — Dual-Purpose Levelling Mortar

Drymix Plastertop 800 is a ready-mix cement-based skim coat and levelling mortar for block and concrete surfaces, ceilings, columns and renovation work, interior and exterior. Its dual-function formulation makes it suitable for both new construction and renovation on painted walls when used with Grippon bonding primer. Compliant with BS EN 996-1, ISO 9001 certified.

– Renovation on painted walls (apply Grippon primer 30–45 min before)
– Concrete surfaces: ceilings, beams, columns, shuttered concrete
– Block surfaces and existing renders

Application:
On painted surfaces, apply Grippon primer 30–45 minutes before Plastertop 800. Add bag to 5.0–5.6 L water, mix to smooth paste, rest 2–3 min, apply max 10 mm. For thickness > 10 mm, apply brushed undercoat the day before. Start early morning. Do not add water after mixing. Cure daily for 3 days.

Precautions:
– Do not apply below 5°C or above 35°C
– Avoid rain or dripping surfaces
– Protect from wind and direct sunlight
– Wear gloves and goggles during handling
