Drymix Crepifix is a ready-mix cement-based rendering mortar for manual application on concrete block walls, interior and exterior. Formulated with water-repellent admixtures and anti-crack additives, it delivers a durable, low-shrinkage render. Compliant with BS EN 998-1, ISO 9001 certified.

Application Protocol:
Day before — clean surface, remove all dust and contaminants. Wash thoroughly. Fix thickness guides at 1.5 m intervals. For thickness > 15 mm, apply scratch coat first, finish brushed. Fix fibre mesh at block-to-beam and block-to-column junctions.
Day of application — start early morning. In hot dry weather (+25°C), wet surface 15–20 min before. Otherwise dampen with masonry brush.
Mixing — add mortar to clean water (25 kg + 4.3–4.5 L). Never mix on the floor. Mix mechanically. Rest 3–5 minutes then remix. Do not add water after mixing.
Application — apply in two coats: first coat 4–6 mm, let harden slightly, second coat to guide level. For smooth concrete, apply Primefix Plus at 3 mm first. Finish options: sponge (circular motion), brush (vertical strokes), or scraped texture.
Curing — spray water on surface daily for 3 days after application.

Precautions:
– Do not apply below 5°C or above 35°C
– Avoid rain or dripping surfaces
– Protect from wind and direct sunlight
– Do not add water after mixing
– Wear gloves and goggles during handling
